Troy Laxapet Gel for Dogs and Cats

Troy Laxapet Gel is a caramel flavoured laxative gel which can be used for both cats and dogs. It can be used as a Laxative and can aid in the elimination of ingested hair in dogs and cats.

Dosage

Cats – Ingested hair: 5gm daily for two to three days; then 2.5gm two to three times a week.

Cats – Laxative: 2.5gm two to three times a week.

Dogs – Laxative: Small dogs: 15gm; Large dogs: 30gm; two to three times weekly.

5gm is equivalent to a 10cm strip that can be given to the animal by placing the gel on the animal’s nose or in the mouth. Initially a small amount can be given to the animal to acquaint them with the taste.
