What are Premium Reward Points?

Customers who create an account are eligible to accumulate Premium Reward Points which can be applied as a discount to future purchases to a maximum of $50 discount per order.  Get points for making purchases, referring friends who make a purchase, for writing product reviews and other activities or occasions.

How To Earn Points

Premium Reward Points are awarded in the following ways;

• Get 100 points for opening an account

• Earn 2 points for every dollar spent on products

• Get 100 points for your referred friends purchases (they must use the link you provide them)

• Earn 25 points for reviewing any products you have purchased

• Earn 200 extra points for orders over $250

• Earn 500 extra points for orders over $500

• Earn 900 extra points for orders over $750

• Earn 1400 extra points for orders over $1000

• Get 200 points on your Birthday (if entered on your account)

How To Use Points

Premium Reward Points earned can be redeemed on your future purchases.  When you have a positive points balance on your account from previous purchases or rewards, you can redeem all or some of those points at the checkout to a maximum value of $50 discount.

When you are in the checkout page, you will see a box to enter the number of points that you would like to redeem. The amount that you enter in there will be be applied as a discount, and the equivalent dollar value will be removed from the cart total.

On proceeding with the purchase the points used will be deducted from your account’s points total.

How Many Points Do I Have?

Your points total and records are accessible in your account page. You will see a Premium Reward Points entry in the left hand menu, clicking this will display your current total and the history of all additions and redemptions you have made over time.

When signed in, your current points total is displayed on the shop page as well as on the product pages.

Points Expiry

Premium Reward Points will not expire.

Limitations

Premium Rewards Points may only be applied to purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Only previously earned points can be redeemed on an order.

Returns / Order Cancellations

In the event of product returns or order cancellations, the points used or earned will be recalculated to reflect the final status of the order and will be restored or removed as appropriate.
