Hippo Health Sol Plus – Pets assists with sun management for white or pink skinned dogs, cats and even pigs. Sol Plus is professionally formulated to assist with a healthy immune response to sun exposure.

Please note this is not an SPF rated sunblock and we advise allowing 7-10 days for the product to take effect. Observe sun sensitivity and protect accordingly.

Summer Safety
Please remember Sol Plus does not prevent heat stroke or burning of their paws on hot pavements, so usual precautions need to be taken to keep your dogs happy and healthy on hot summer days.

Safe, non-toxic ingredients

Dosage

A dose consists of 2 pumps of remedy onto the tongue, gums or lips. Can also be given on a piece of food. Most pets love the sweet taste but if your pet is nervous about being dosed, you can put the dose on your finger and dab it on their lips or gums.

Dose until symptoms are gone, then reduce dosing to once a week to maintain.

Sol Plus for Pets should ideally be added to your pet’s water bowl. A daily dose of 2 pumps into the water bowl is all that is required. If your pet does not use a water bowl, then you can dose 2-3 times a day (if they are going to be in the sun) and the dose can be given on a food treat or into the mouth. It is sweet tasting and most pets love having their dose.
